Can a currently retired postal employee keep their current FEHB policy instead of being forced on Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB)?

Snippet of Article: "...legislation requires USPS retirees enrolled in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) program to also enroll in Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) when they are first eligible (for almost all retirees, when they become age 65). ...It is important to emphasize that all current federal and postal service retirees have a choice as to whether they want to enroll in Medicare Parts A and B when they become age 65. ..."
