ICE leads multi-agency operation targeting illegal employment and federal crimes in Georgia

The individual has convictions for possession of narcotics, possession, attempt to sale of a stolen firearm and theft. These can suffice to make a green card holder removable. As this is an ongoing investigation, additional arrests and charges are possible. “Today’s operation reflects our commitment to protecting jobs for Georgians..."
